Three police officials have been suspended after the video showed that they have been practicing repeated violence against the victim, as the latter was sitting in a seat.
Jordan Elias Norris was 18 years old when the three police officers had been practicing violence against him by causing 40 burns through the electric device, British media report “Metro”, Periscopi broadcast.
One of the officers told him that “will do this to you until it's finished by the batteries”, and another tells him to stop resisting”.
The victim spent three hours in seats and his screams looked like those of death.
