The prime minister's secret deal with bank fraud (Document)

With the reasoning of organising Kosovo business weeks “”, the Government of Kosovo has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sahin's organisation to promote the economy, boost the consumption of Kosovo products from November 29th to February 17th on all Albanian trains.

The newspaper Word, has secured this document, kept secret by Haradinaj's cabinet, with which six Kosovo Government ministries are obliged to separate from 9,500 euros each to support this activity.

Kosovo's “Government is tasked with financially supporting the project to promote local products by motto: I consume local products.

Under the Finance Ministry, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Trade and Industry K IESA, the Ministry of Innovation and Undertaking, and the Ministry of Diaspore and Strategic Investments should share 9,500 euros, where each ministry will be submitted requests from the AB along with this memorandum.

This exposes Haradinaj's cabinet, which in response to Gazeta Word, has said there is no support for the activity that ZKM has made to the Agim Sahin Alliance.

“As to your question regarding the support offered to the Kosovo Business Alliance, and after discussions with the Government Co-ordination Secretariat, we inform you that there is no support for the activity that ZKM has done to the Alliance in question”, the ZKM's response to Word Journal says.

Haradinaj's connection to Sahin

At the initial ceremony of the “Kosovar Business Weeks”, the head of the UN nearly embarrassed Prime Minister Haradinaj of praise. While the latter in February of this year, Sahin was also visited in Strasbourg, France, where he was detained because of a warrant issued by Serbia.

The visit was realised 12 days after the proclamation of a prison sentence on Agim Sahin for fraud.

On February 13th, the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, the branch in Vushtrri, has sentenced to 18 months in prison on bail, the chairman of the Kosovo Business Alliance, Agim Sahini. According to the tribunal, Sahin has been convicted of defrauding the TEB Bank in the amount of 250 thousand euros.

But he's also accused by another bank of fraud. But the sum is twice as high.

“Raiffeisen Bank” on May 5, 2010, had handed over to the municipal public prosecutor in Mitrovica a criminal outcry against him for criminal-deception.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica on December 10th 2013 launched investigations against Agim Sahin.

But unlike the TEB case, the bank case “Raiffeisen” has yet to begin. That's what Agim Sahin's lawyer, Granit Wukshi, said for media.

Sahin gave Haradinaj the alleged title

Ramush Haradinaj and Agim Sahin have another joint connection. Haradinaj this year has become “Minister of Peace” alongside the man who deceived Kosovo banks with over half a million euros.

While he has also received a title that is suspected to be deceptive.

It's the “Ministry of Peace” and the Medal “Golden Ambassador Richard Holbrooke”, shared by the Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prospers and the US Diplomatic Mission for World Peace.

Albania's headquarters organisation, by which coalition prime minister candidate PDK-AAK-Nisma, Ramush Haradinaj, received this award for sale of titles on behalf of the United Nations Organisation (OKB).

According to the protagonist show of this scandal is the chairman of the organisation Shefki Hysa, who has issued titles such as “UN Diplomat <xx1>, “UN Honor Consult” of the UN “Minister of Peace” with a UN diplomatic card “fallso<7> and a UN diplomatic vehicle license plate “Mahsoll” under administrative ease promises on customs and police borders.

The same person has decorated Haradinaj in Pristina.

Shefki Hysa, director of the Partnership and Peace Mission, has said Haradinaj belongs not only to Kosovo, but to the whole world for peace.

Meanwhile, Agim Sahin, who at the title-sharing ceremony, was introduced as part of the diplomatic peace delegation, has compared Haradinaj to Gandhi.

This is the privilege and responsibility, because you will lead the state of Kosovo and this certificate that was sealed by academic America belongs to you by all the Albanian people.
