According to him, from US representatives it has clearly been said that if Kosovo does not assume responsibility for establishing this Court and clarifying all allegations of crimes, then the US has no reason to prevent its establishment by the Security Council.
There are international obligations, which cannot be undone with signatures by MPs at one evening. Well, Mustafa said.
He has added that perpetrators are individuals; they are not Albanians. KLA and Kosovo.

A few words for the Special Court and recent events in the Assembly
There is a tendency to describe the Democratic League of Kosovo as wanting the Special Court.
That's a lie!
This court is founded in headquarters abroad and in Kosovo as a result of witness uncertainty. It has been established, not as the will and will of Kosovo institutions, but with the clear insistence of the international, US and EU factors, that if Kosovo does not establish this court with constitutional changes and then by evil, then the UN Security Council will establish it on the basis of Resolution 1244.
From US representatives we have been told clearly that if Kosovo does not assume responsibility for establishing this Court and clarifying all allegations of crime, then the US has no reason to prevent its establishment by the Security Council. With the passage of this UN-set court, the role of Russia and China would be strengthened, while its mandate would be unlimited and in the will of countries that have not recognised Kosovo's independence.
The LDK's stance on recent attempts to abolish the Law on Special Court Special Chambers and Special Prosecutorships does not have to do with the wish that our people be tried abroad. But with the responsibilities our country has handled with constitutional changes and the Law. They are international obligations, which cannot be remanded with signatures by MPs at one evening. Except when the court has been functional, when EU and US countries have shared budgets and started implementing. As a result, we would still have an intervention of the UN Security Council and reinvigorating Resolution 1244 and Russia's role in our country. We would have the isolation of Kosovo.
This court is not founded on the purpose of dealing with the murders of LDK activists. It will address all crimes for the period for which it is mandated. These crimes have had to deal with the justice bodies operating in Kosovo, who have been in charge of UNMIK, EULEX and now in local responsibilities, but unfortunately have not addressed them.
Even the prolongation of the Special Court's action, following the adoption of the law, has created space for virtues, for manipulations with names and personalities of different levels by irresponsible individuals. In this case, responsibility falls on many EU bureau institutions.
The Special Court will not solve all crimes in Kosovo, it will handle part of them. Kosovo and Kosovo institutions must take courage, not to propose the break-up of the Special Court through the abolition of the Law, but to take responsibility for the treatment of crimes, murder and torture that has occurred in our country.
Criminal perpetrators are individuals; they are not Albanians, KLA and Kosovo!
