Ilir Deda has not wanted to comment on Berisha's statements.

Deda's reaction came as a result of a request to abolish the Special Court from office, with a total of 43 signatures collected.
Following the failure of the Assembly's Assembly of Parliament Headship, the initiative for abolition failed to reach the assembly at all.
