Zogaj: Pacolli's offer to Daciqi more seems like a MABETEEX bid

Analyst Petit Zogaj has commented on Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli's offer, who at the Atlantic Council conference proposed to Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic that northern Mitrovica be declared a free trade zone, writes Periscopi. The bird on his Facebook account writes that Pacolli has formulated his offer as a business bargain approach.
According to him, Pacolli sees his public duty as business, not as representation of the state.
I wouldn't have been surprised to mention Kosovo's Republic, Pacolli to mention Mabetex or his business that has”, Zogaj writes away.
Read his full reaction:
Kosovo is a new state, we are open to private partnerships as well as free trade zones. Daciq, let's call northern Mitrovica a free trade zone. Because with job creation alone, we can reduce policy impact”.
This is the offer ZVKM and Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli made regarding Kosovo's territory.
First of all, the wording of the offer is important, let's declare it as business access, as Pacolli sees his public duty, business, not political, not state representation.
I wouldn't have been surprised to mention Kosovo's Republic, Pacolli to mention Mabetex or his own business.
Second, you invite Daciqi for a Kosovo municipality, but why? Daciqi is not the mayor of Northern Mitrovica, neither an MP nor a minister in the Kosovo government who had helped me with this action. In contrast, it is a minister of Serbia that opens up and fights Kosovo at every opportunity given it. Recently there were reports of recognition by several countries for Kosovo.
Another conflict within one sentence: We reduce political influence by working time. Exactly the opposite you're doing. You are politically inviting a minister of another country to influence within its territory to create a free economic zone.
Imagine the whole talk coming up.
