“We will seek candidate status, but the status of a credible candidate. We expect to apply in next year, so we are seeking more intensive bilateral relations with the EU”, Haradinaj said.
Haradinaj confirmed that Kosovo institutions' decisions are facing difficulties in implementing them in practice, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcasts.
“We have many difficulties in implementing the decisions taken, I'm not saying I criticise the current or future government, but we have to improve it,” added Haradinaj. /Periscopi/
