The arrest mandate was issued on Monday for DeAndre Harris, 20, for illegal injuries, an indictment of crimes convicted of up to five years in prison, and a fine of $2,500, reports “Al Jazeera”, the Periscope broadcast.

Confrontation has taken place as a result of the confrontations in the Charlettosville protest, where a friend of Harris tried to remove a Confederate flag considered to be the symbol of white primacy.

The footage of the attack was split and was widely seen in the days following the gathering of the righteous “joints, who saw hundreds of white superiorists marching in Charlotteville protesting the city's plans to remove a statue of Confederacy General Robert E Lee.

The footage of the attack shows Harris is on his way and is then hit by a group of white superiorists.

In this rally, a man linked to a white nationalist group reportedly attacked his car in a group of anti-racist protesters, killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer and wounding 19 others.

Jeff Fogel, who is currently running to become Commonwealth lawyer of Charlottesville, told “Al Jazeera” that Charlotteville police have “too much to explain”, noting that authorities have been slow to apprehend extreme right-wing protesters accused of bringing against American law.

Regarding the claim of the statement that police have proven “the facts, Fogel said it was “committed to the police claim that Harris committed criminal work. Now he's in the police department to show us the” evidence.

A national campaign to identify and accuse the six men who attacked Harris was directed by Shaw King, a civil rights writer and activist.

King collected photos and video evidence of the attack and joint images of the attackers, leading to the identification of at least two of whom were also charged with illegal injuries.

King became angry with this order, saying Harris “is a victim and only one victim in this case”.

“I've examined all evidence of photos and videos at a large length. It is disgusting that he is charged”, he told “Alzeera”.

For many people in Charlotteville, the ordinance is a continuation of discrimination and inequality in their community.

On Tuesday evening, activists stopped a meeting of the Charlottesville Planning Commission in a solidarity show with Harris.

Protesters chanted slogans presenting images such as “Justice for DeAndre” and “Polics and Kus Klan go hand in hand”, among other things.

It is unimaginable that a new member of the black community would be charged with a crime, while all except his two white attackers are still at large”, a statement by Charlottesville's group of activists said.

Jason Kessler, one of the organisers of the August rally and a leader in Charlottesville's white nationalist community, faced such activists in May.

Kessler claimed that local activist and artist Veronica Fitzhugh hit his chair and shouted in the face, but admitted there had been no physical violence.

Fitzhugh, however, was charged with attacks.

Fitzhugh was arrested by five Charlottesville police officers at her home on June 1st.

Timothy Porter, an African-American resident of Charlotteville, told “Alzeera” that the system is “resurgent” and allows the police of “to treat minorities (especially black people) as they want”./Periscopi/
