With Halloween on this year's Tuesday and night, Britain's party has started since last night with many teenagers, not only, who took advantage of the weekend to highlight their frightening version.

But more than their clothing, what I fear most is their conduct on the street, where part of them seem to have lost their sense of overdrinking.
