According to the indictment, on January 13, 2026, at around 00:15, within a bar in the Decani municipality, the defendant, motivated by national belonging of the injured, allegedly with the use of a firearm attempted to deprive four people of life. As a result of the shooting, three injured have suffered gunshot wounds, both of which have suffered serious bodily injuries and one minor bodily injury. The indictment also charges the defendant that the weapon allegedly committed was held without legal authorisation, contrary to the laws of the Law on Weapons. Following his arrest, the firearm and ammunition were seized during the search and raid.
