The Special Prosecutor raises charges in absence of two Serbs for war crimes: Killed and tortured civilians in Gjakova

The prosecution has said the defendants are charged, that during the 1998 period of 1999 in Gjakova, acting in co-ordination with other members of Serbian police and military forces, they have violated the rules of international law, participating in killings, mistreatment, arrests, theft and destruction of the civilian population of Albanian nationalism.

Inmediatamente, el M.M. arrestó el día en que fue liberado de su celda el 26 de marzo de 1999, según el Fiscal, fue encontrado muerto cerca del puente de Talic en Gjakova.
