The Foundation Court in Pec, the Department for Criminal Crimes, has approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor and has appointed the extent of the detention for P.T. and N.G., under suspicion of carrying out criminal work ierex0 confianzaKeq use of official position or authority directedx1 confidencial, according to Article 414, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
Following the hearing session held on 22 June, the preliminary procedure judge has estimated that the detention of indictees to approach a certain country or person is necessary to avoid possible impact on criminal procedure.
The court has found that legal conditions for this measure have been met, in line with Article 184, paragraph 1, paragraph 1.2.3 of the Penal Procedure Code.
Asimismo, el tribunal ha aprobado la suspensión provisional de la oficina de los dos acusados que prestan servicios en la Policía de Kosovo.
Esta suspensión estará en vigor del 21 de junio al 21 de julio de 2025, sobre la base del artículo 539 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.Periscope/
