The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department for Crime in co-operation with the Economic Crime and Corruption Unit, respectively, has banned two people under suspicion of accepting bribery and exercise influence.
According to the prosecution's announcement, two public officials were detained at the prosecutor's decision on May 19th, after allegedly asking and accepting money from a candidate for the practical driving test in exchange for passing the test.
Están siendo investigados por actos delictivos. El ejercicio de influencia cumplió con el artículo 424 del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo. The prosecution has set the 48-hour ban on the two suspects, while further investigative and procedural actions are expected to be undertaken within the legal deadlines.
La Unidad contra la Delincuencia y la Corrupción anuncia a la opinión pública que bajo sus funciones y responsabilidades en la lucha contra la corrupción y los actos criminales contra el cargo oficial, el 1905.2025 ha prohibido a dos personas bajo la decisión del fiscal debido a los actos criminales que reciben sobornos del artículo 421 y el ejercicio del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo en el artículo 424.
