Medidas de reserva impuestas contra el espionaje

El juicio del procedimiento preliminar ha aprobado la solicitud del Fiscal Especial de la República de Kosovo en la fecha 06.05.2025 para el nombramiento de la medida de detención contra los acusados de H.S., de modo que se asignó la duración de 1 (un mes) medida de detención.

After holding the hearing, the court appreciates that assigning the detention measure to this criminal case is an adequate measure because if the defendant is released in freedom, there is a risk of escape, given the circumstances and the way criminal acts were committed, he could easily flee to flee criminal responsibility. The court also appreciates that if the defendant is released, the same can affect evidence and witnesses as well as repeat the same criminal work or can perform other criminal acts again under the same or more severe circumstances. The court considers that the burden of a criminal offence is a grave nature, so the appointment of the detention measure is a necessary measure in this criminal case, and that any other measure would be impossible for successful implementation of the criminal procedure, the prevention of the normal course of this criminal procedure, and the prevention of repetition of criminal acts. En contra de este acto, las partes descontentas tienen derecho a presentar una denuncia ante el Tribunal de Apelaciones, a través del Tribunal Constitucional de Pristina.
