The Foundation Court in Mitrovica, the Sand Crimes Department, has ruled on the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica for the appointment of the detention move against H.i and B.I. defendants.
The detention was given under suspicion that defendants H.I and B.I. have committed criminal acts: I. Heavy murder by Article 173 par.1 subpar5 over KPRK Article 31, and II. Possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 366 par.1 related to KPRK Article 31.
The detention measure was counted in length of (1) a month.
En contra de esta ley, el derecho a la denuncia se autoriza en el plazo de 48 horas desde el momento de la adhesión de la decisión. La denuncia se dirige al Tribunal de Apelaciones de Kosovo en Pristina.
