The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, following the investigation, has filed an indictment today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against defendants J. St. Bosnian nationality, for the conduct of the criminal act: יx0 confidencialwage war against civilian population (10x1 título).
The defendant is charged that during the war in Kosovo, he has participated in the murder of three civilians of Albanian nationalism, which occurred at the Dula family home in Gjakova.
Asimismo, las investigaciones han revelado que el acusado ha participado en la expulsión de la familia Dula y la destrucción de sus bienes.
This criminal case has already passed the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina for further procedure.
