The decision was taken Monday by the Supreme Court panel consisting of judges Ekaterina Trendafilova (chief judge), Christine van den Vajgart and Daniel Fransen.
El Tribunal de Procedimiento de Preprocedimiento, que originalmente ordenó la detención del acusado, y el panel del Tribunal de Apelaciones, que confirmó el fallo correspondiente, se dice en un anuncio especial.
