Kryeziu: El PDK tenía derecho a presentar leyes a la Constitución, y ahora las reglas del tribunal

El profesor de Justicia y ex miembro del Tribunal Constitucional Kadri Kryeziu ha comentado la presentación de ciertas leyes del PDK al Tribunal Constitucional.
