El ex director del Instituto Agrícola de Kosovo, Fehmi Geci, presentó cargos contra el Ministro de Agricultura, Silvicultura y Desarrollo Rural, Faton Peci.
The indictment was filed with claims that Peci has offended and slandered Geci, writes Index Online.
En la acusación dictada ayer ante el Tribunal Constitucional de Pristina, la ministra Peci, en el discurso del Parlamento, respondiendo a la pregunta del diputado Mirlinda Tishukay-Sadriu, ha calumniado e insultado la personalidad de Geci, declarando: El proyecto sobre el inventario de 1.4m euros es uno de los proyectos más abusivos e insignias que he encontrado en el Ministerio de Agricultura. ... Como resultado de las acciones que he llevado a cabo como ministro, pero incluso los mecanismos de justicia, actualmente el ex director del Instituto Agrícola se suspende y con los cargos presentados, junto con otros tres funcionarios, debido al grave abuso que han hecho con este proyecto garantizadox1 título.
In the indictment filed by Geci, the Agriculture Minister is said to be obliged to withdraw this statement and apologise, as well as to be asked to pay 45 thousand euros in compensation for ■x0 títulos de garantía obtenidosx1 título. The indictment reportedly has not presented evidence and evidence proving that former director Geci has committed theft in this project.
