The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against the S.S. and M.S. defendants.
Según la acusación de los acusados, existe una duda bien fundada de que en 1998 el período de 1999 cometió deliberadamente y conjuntamente actos de delito: asesinato, abuso físico y psíquico, saqueo de la riqueza violenta de la población civil.
As the prosecution reports, in this co-ordination, they committed criminal acts, the crime of war against the civilian population, sanctioned by Article 142, concerning Article 22 of the Criminal Law of the Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia (now ■x0 título) LP-RSFJ madex1⁄4, as a law in effect at the time of the criminal offence.
