Hysni Gucati, junto con Nasim Haradinaj, fue acusado de actos delictivos contra la administración de justicia, a saber, la obstrucción de las personas oficiales en el desempeño de funciones oficiales, el temor a testigos, la venganza y la violación del secreto del procedimiento.
