Smajl Latifi acusa al líder de la Inspección de Educación de Gjakova, pidiendo 100 mil euros en compensación

El alcalde de Rahovec Smajl Latifi ha acusado a Gjergj Goyani, líder del sector de la Inspección de Educación de Gjakova, de calumnias durante la campaña electoral, y de la misma demanda 100.000 euros en daños.

Mientras que, con el decreto del 7 de marzo de 2022, se ha emitido un juicio criminal, con el cual se ha demostrado que el acusado ha hecho acusaciones penales, para dañar la reputación (en la calidad del candidato de alcalde) en el momento de la elección, para el demandante.

Por lo tanto, el demandante ha presentado una acusación de difamación, que solicitó del acusado Goyanni, una indemnización por el daño de 100.000 euros, así como gastos de procedimiento.
