Con 20 meses de prisión, R.I. y B.G. condenados por corrupción

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared the indictment against indictees R.I. and B.G. for the criminal offence of influence, according to which they are sentenced to 20 months in prison and a fine of 1,000 euros.

In a media communiqué, the Constitutional Court has also provided details as follows:

- No. It has been convicted and sentenced to prison terms of 20 pounds long, months in prison, which the sentence will serve at 15 (editorteen) days after the indomitable of this act, and the penalty of a thousand-dollar fine, which the penalty must be paid in three (three) months after the integrity of this sentence.

The accused B.G. has been convicted and sentenced to prison in the course of 20Hlni20 months in prison, which the sentence will serve in 15 (cinco) days after the indomitability of this act, and the penalty of a thousand-dollar height, which sentence must be paid in terms of 3 (three) months after the integrity of this act, said in the communique.

It becomes known that court in line with Article 62 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code KPRK, indictees R.I. and B.G. Professed additional punishment ■x0 Confeshalting the exercise of functions in public administration or public service in the duration of 2 years, following the execution of the sentence.
