Telegrafi sabe que es sobre el alcalde de Malisheva municipio, Ragip Begaj.
The Special Prosecutor reports the indictment has been filed due to suspicion that the defendant R.B. and has continued in the quality of the official person committed the criminal work deliberately and exploiting official authority, and overstepped its competence by causing harm to the citizens of R.R. and the municipal budget.
Con estas acciones, el acusado R.B. ha cometido un trabajo delictivo con arreglo al artículo 422, párrafo 1 relativo al artículo 81 del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo.
