El Tribunal Constitucional de Pristina ha aprobado la solicitud del Fiscal Básico en Pristina para el nombramiento de medidas de detención contra los acusados A.B. Debido a las sospechas fundadas en haber cometido actos delictivos que aceptan sobornos con arreglo al párrafo 1 del artículo 421 y el uso indebido de la posición o autoridad oficiales, en virtud del párrafo 2 del artículo 14 del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo.
