A person has been arrested in Lipjan after allegedly misusing his official work.
According to police, he allegedly issued birth certificates for four Albanian citizens who would be used in England.
The Kosovo male suspect, a civil state official in the municipality of Lipjan, has been arrested because the same is suspected of misusing official duty by recording four persons of Albania who have issued certificates of birth to Kosovo in order to use the same in the state of England (100 título), the police report said.
