El Tribunal Constitucional de Pristina .K., A.D. y M.D., ha fallado a petición del Fiscal Especial de la República de Kosovo, en caso penal contra los acusados I.Z., R.K., A.K., A.D. y M.D., debido a la sospecha de que han llevado a cabo el delito o organización del grupo criminal organizado por el artículo 277 de los actos criminales de KPR
The judge of the preliminary procedure, A.K., A.D., and M.D. has approved the detention measure against indictees I.Z., R.K., A.C., A.D., and M.D. has approved it as a basis and the same has been assigned to the length of (1) months, for each and every single one, a double Article 187 par.
