El Departamento Especial del Tribunal de Apelaciones lo ha rechazado como no confirmado sobre la base de la denuncia del abogado defensor contra el nombramiento de una medida de detención de un mes de duración contra los acusados G. S obtenidosx0 título, dicho en comunicado
La Ley del Tribunal Constitucional de Pristina, de 22 de julio de 2019, en virtud de la cual la medida durará hasta 19.08.2019, sigue vigente.
