The IKD during the process of systematic monitoring court hearings in the criminal field says it has recorded cases of illegal and arbitrary closures of certain judicial hearings, information that is important to the public, media and civil society.
En el informe se esbozan las prácticas ilegales de clausura de las audiencias judiciales sobre el terreno por los jueces a fin de servir de malas prácticas para sensibilizar al sistema judicial a fin de que sean transparentes de conformidad con las obligaciones constitucionales y jurídicas correspondientes a terceros, según el informe.
Los investigadores del Instituto de Justicia de Kosovo Betim Musliu, Justina Frokaj y Guzim Shala serán presentados en la conferencia.
