Según la acusación, acusado B.V., desde septiembre de 2018, en la calidad del profesor de lengua albanesa en la escuela primaria Mazum Kapuskaı, en Gjakova, ha acosado sexualmente a 27 estudiantes de una clase en esta escuela, utilizando palabras tentadoras y tocándolos y tocándolos en partes faciales y en diferentes partes del cuerpo.
