Asimismo, el tribunal ha determinado que se han cumplido las condiciones necesarias para la detención de M.A. y A.M., ya que hay razones para creer que estos acusados, si se encuentran en libertad, pueden eliminar, ocultar, cambiar o falsificar actos criminales.
Las partes en contra de este acto pueden presentar denuncias ante el Tribunal de Apelaciones.
Dijo que no pararía en la realización de su demanda por el daño que dio lugar a muchas consecuencias.
