The Founding Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against five people for several serious murders in the attempt. Personas con iniciales K.S., D.S., M.B., S.K. y E.E., por actos delictivos: La causa del riesgo total se llevó a cabo mediante el registro de armas, el control no autorizado y la posesión de las armas efectuadas por el intento de asistencia a tercerosx8 títulos, así como para el trabajo delictivo, no autorizados, el incumplimiento de los actos delictivos o los perpetradores fuex10 títulos en virtud del Código Penal de la República de Kosovo armonizadox11 títulos.
Según la acusación, a más tardar el 19 de septiembre de 2018 alrededor de 22:20 minutos, en Prizren en el sector >x0 confianzaKurile prometidox1 acusado K.S., estando en compañía de otros acusados D.S., M.B., S.K., S.K. y E.E., intentan ser privados de la vida de otras personas, concientemente heridos por M.B. Miedo - arrasado, con su vehículo, deja rápidamente la escena.
De esta manera, el acusado K.S. ha cometido actos delictivos. La causa del riesgo general obedeció al párrafo 3 del artículo 365 relativo al párrafo 1 de la KPRK, así como a la actividad delictiva " : propiedad, control y posesión no autorizada de armas " .
