El mismo IPK ha recomendado a la Policía de Kosovo la medida de suspensión del 13 de marzo de 2018, que está siendo aplicada por la policía.
Following these investigative actions, today (18.06.2018) IPK investigators with authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan have arrested these three police officials on suspicion of having committed criminal work Misuse of official office and authority (fronted with Article 422 of the Kosovo Criminal Code).
The same ones have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours by the competent prosecutor.
