LDK in Suhareka with rising percentages, Blerim Kuci seen as one of the main factors

Election results in Suhareka show an apparent LDK increase in percentage points, especially if the fact that about 11,000 citizens have voted less in these elections compared to the December 28th 2025 elections is considered.
In the December elections, the LDK in Suhareka had received 19.9.5%, while in current results it has reached 28.54%. This represents an 8.59 percentage point increase, evidently strengthening its position as the second political subject in the municipality.
In this result, an important role seems to have been the candidacy of Blerim Kuci. As a well-known figure in Suhareka, former commander of the 123 Brigade and a prominent political and public name, Kuci has managed to mobilise a significant portion of the LDK electorate and not alone.
His campaign, built on topics such as economic development, security, local production, institutional stability and dignified representation of Suhareka in the Assembly, appears to have positively influenced the LDK growth in this municipality.
Although success cannot be attributed only to one candidate, since structures, other candidates, and national political dynamics are also affected, it is clear that Blerim Kuci has been one of the names that have weighed the LDK's list in Suhareka.
In a lower-off race, the LDK has managed to increase to percentage points, while this shows that its vote in Suhareka has been better consolidated and mobilised than in the preliminary elections.
