I want Lipa sue “Samsunging”, asking for at least 15 million dollars

Renowned singer Doo Lipa has filed a $15 million indictment against Samsung, accusing the company of using her image without authorization in TV packages and advertising campaigns.
The indictment was handed over to the Federal Court of California.
Claims that the photograph was used without permission
According to legal documents, I want Lipa claims Samsung has used her picture in company products since last year without asking for approval and paying financial compensation.
The indictment reportedly demanded earlier removal of her image from the packages, but the company allegedly refused to act.
“> has created the impression that it promoted” products
The artist's lawyers say her photo was used in a broad marketing campaign, creating the wrong idea that I want Lipa supported or promoted Samsung's products.
According to the indictment, her image was used:
without knowledge.
Free of charge,
and no official agreement.
Charge of Unauthorized Use and Immoral Competition
The indictment includes charges of:
Unauthorized image use,
False advertising,
and violations of the laws of dishonest competition.
I Love Lipa's legal representative stated that the artist is very selective in cross-design co-operation and would not have approved the use of its image without a clear agreement.
So far, Samsung has not reacted publicly to the indictment.
