Opinionist Dardan Sejdiu has voiced criticism of Kosovo's budget worth 4 billion euros for 2026.
Sejdiu stressed that most of the vehicles quickly leave the country.
“Dell wages, goes to market, for 48 hours comes the money from Kosovo, that's it. 73 percent of the 4 billion goes, for 48 hours as we leave the country,” he declared.
According to Sejdiu, only about 25 percent of the budget is dedicated to capital investments, which he says is insufficient.
“Vec 25 percent are in capital investments. Why are capital investments important? The magic number for the Republic of Kosovo cannot be below 40 per cent. Capital investments are developmental preconditions, it's road infrastructure, in health, in education, for urban development”, he added in Klan Kosovo.
