At the session held the previous day, the case prosecutor, Naim Abazi, proposed managing certain evidence, including two reports from US international law aid, with electronic data from Meta and Google.
Meanwhile, the defence, through lawyers Ljubomir Pantovic, Milos Delevich and Jovana Fillipovic, opposed the legality and resolution of evidence, requiring the suspension of reviews to the equipment of all materials.
Also, the two accused, Toliq and Maksimovic, demanded that photos and videos be used to prove their innocence.
