Naim Murseli, Granit Plava, Cocalla and Tom Dodaj are charged in the case of Liridona Ademiaj's murder on November 29, 2023, reports “Justice Trust”
Initially, the Haxhibeqi expert has been heard in connection with the examination of the accused Murseli, while expert Obertinca before the court gave answers to the prosecution's examination of Plava.
Experts Hadzibeqi, providing clarifications regarding expertise towards accused Murseli, stressed that expertise has referred to long-term and short-term disorders.
We've been referring here to that long-term childhood disorder so far no element has been shown and no document is shown to us that is proving this disorder or mental health problem, and the short term is the part that has to do from the moment of arrest to the moment of screening”, Haxhibeqi said.
Hadzibeqit, while explaining expertise, gave details of the examination, which he said was based on the letters of the subject and the observation of the accused Murseli in this case, who had explained the event and figuratively demonstrated what actions he had taken.
“Mr. Mursel has been left without any problems or difficulties during the psych examination, even though at the moment because of the description of the event, to understand the situation in which the case has occurred, there has been interruptions and there has been some disturbance, but not the form that would interfere with our work or our” assessment, Hadzibeqi said.
Questions about the Haxhibeqi expert also raised accused Mursel himself, who referred to newspaper headlines, according to him, specifically asked the expert if the report said he killed his wife. While, the expert responded, stressing that such a report because of sensitive data cannot be made public by the Institute.
At no moment, no line of our expertise has been declared this which Mr. Murseli” said.
The hearing continued with the hearing of expert Obertinca, who was declared concerning the expert on Plava. Regarding the compiled expertise, the expert said all that has been described in expertise means that Plava enjoys full mental health.
All of this -- that is, the same is full mental health and its actions have not been influenced by any pathological psychological process”, Obertinca said.
The expert was also asked about the accident that the accused Plava had suffered long ago and whether he may have influenced a disorder about which the expert ruled out such an opportunity, since he said that they had been reported on such an event and had received the same radiation examination.
This accident went without any damage to the structure, which means that its brain functions well and without trouble”, Obertica said, among other things.
The expert also gave the reasons for the expulsion of the accident as an opportunity for disorder.
The assessment team has been unable to contain anything, has ruled out the impact of the accident on potential psychological disorder, the reasons are irresponsible medical activity, its analytical capacity, executive capacity, the ability to communicate his feelings, his logic, all of these indicate that in a cognic way, he has had no impact without taking into account the shocking images that are found in the letters of subject”, Obertinca said.
While accused Plava's founder, lawyer Skender Goyanni asked the expert about handling specific prospects for his defense, referring to narcotics substances and the accident taking place.
For this, Obertinca said Plava had claimed to be the users of narcotics and alcohol, but during the examination, there were no manifest symptoms of breaking these substances.
The examiner's psychiatric evaluation has stated that he is using psychoactive cocaine and alcohol substances, but at the time of his examination, there are no symptoms of interrupting drug substance abuse, while the same trauma has not identified such a phenomenon”, Obertinca said.
And in terms of sufficient screening within the 15-day course, in terms of impulsive disorders, expert Obertinca said this time is enough, since IPFK surveillance is 24 hours.
