In the published decision, the Constitution stresses that, although the VV has the right to propose the candidate for the Speaker of the Parliament, this right is not absolute and comes with responsibility to co-operate with other parliamentary groups.

“...as such a right to the candidate's proposal for the Parliament's/Kover Speaker simultaneously constitutes the obligation of the largest parliamentary group for trust co-operation and constructive consultation with other parliamentary groups to find the necessary consensus or compromise”, It says in decision.

The Constitutional Court has ruled Thursday that the constitutional hearing of the ninth Parliament of Kosovo should be completed later than 30 days.

The Constitutional Court makes the decision: In 30 days, he'll have to complete his constitutional session.
