Today, 28 May, the One Stop Shop system in northern Macedonia will be inaugurated, which shares the border point between northern Macedonia and Kosovo.

This system is a modern model of integrated border control, which facilitates the circulation of citizens and goods between the two countries with control only once by the host state.

The government's spokeswoman in Northern Macedonia, Venera Azi, has said Tuesday in a statement to Kosovo pris that this system, in addition to facilitating the circulation, implies increased security and economic development.

This system that we put in Blace and Jajnica means bridge-linking facilitating the circulation of citizens, goods and also implies increased security and economic development. Meanwhile, we will continue immediately with the introduction of One Stop Shop into the system even in Tabanovca and Qafe-Thana, and with this we will further conclude with other border crossings the One Stop Shop system between Northern Macedonia and the states that border our country”, Asia has said.

According to her, during 2024 there were 550 thousand crossings, already in 2025 over 776 thousand crossings.

This system was also located at the border point of Elez's Blace Han.

In addition to representatives of the Institute by North Macedonia authorities, Kosovo Home Affairs Minister Jedal Svecla will attend the event.
