The session was postponed for another date, which is behind the election, and is scheduled to take place on May 19th, reports Euronews. alPeriscope broadcast.

Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj said the court has fined Sali Berisha with $10,000 for stalling sessions. Afterwards, Gjokutaj stressed that they again sought the expulsion of Judge Ferrela Davidhi.

“Today we have come from a fall in demand for the exception of Judge Ferrela Davidhi. The request was made by lawyers, but Berisha was fined $10,000. It's a procedure issue. We requested that this process continue in accordance with the law, but the judge rejected this request. We announced to the court that we will seek the worthlessness of all decisions by Irena Gjona, as we have the conviction decision in Greece. The court rejected this request without a decision, and for that reason we asked for another exception to this judge, known as Irene 250. A criminal judge cannot continue to be a judge, and that leads to the worthlessness of all his decisions,”, he said.
