Three thousand euros will cost the Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade, which is run by Roseta Hajdari, nontransparency by a party that has sought access to public documents.
Periscope has secured the decision of the Information and Private Agency that issued on March 18th 2025 worth 3 thousand euros for “definition of access to public documents”.
“A fine is presented to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade for failing to implement the full decision of the Agency for Information and Privateship by No. A-1121/2024 of the 11th letter 2025, in many of the 3,000.00 (three thousand euros) for limiting access to public documents”It says in decision.


On December 18th 2025 the lab “Sierra Lab” had filed complaints at the Agency for Information and Privateness to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for not allowing access to public documents.
The lab had requested access to the Commission's <x0 ... Report and response from the Accredition Directorate to subject to protocol 2874.
On February 11th, the Private Information Agency forces the Ministry of Industry to offer access to the side, but despite warnings the ministry refuses to respond to the demand of the party.
It has taken more than three months before the law can be seen differently.
The agency reportedly offers institutions seven days to improve access before it releases the fine, but to the Ministry of Industry it has not acted that way, extending the deadline to nearly 90 days. From the date of the December 18th 2024 complaint to the fine decision on March 18, 2025, there are 90 days almost in the middle.
