In this interview, Demaci indicated that he had ruined his reports with Kurt when he participated in Kosovo's Declaration of Independence.

His actions were not in my opinion. The biggest draw we've cooled together was when I went to declaring Kosovo independence, while Albin saw fit not to come. It was the biggest turn he had to understand that it wasn't a small job but it was very important because it was a violation of the Resolution 1244. That Albin didn't understand.
