PDK Headship member Betim Joschi has voiced criticism of CEC Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi.

“Imagine, a judge of the Court of Appeals, Kreshnik Radoniqi, has today held his hand and voted an illegal and unconstitutional decision”, wrote among other things, Joshi.

Today, the CEC has one person who at least deserves the title Judge.
Imagine, a judge of the Court of Appeals, Kreshnik Radoniqi, has today taken his hand and voted an illegal and unconstitutional decision.
Even yesterday, he tried to comply with normal judicial amendments, insisting that an amendment to the CEC budget be voted in only after the entire CEC budget was voted in. There is no normal place that the amendments of a law are voted after the entire law is voted.
The CEC does not deserve to be run by a person who has no concern for free, democratic and legal elections.
Kreshnik Radoniqi has been put in service of power and Vetevendosje Movement by degrading the integrity of the elections and becoming a party to lawlessness.
He is not playing the role of CEC chairman, but is serving Vetevendosje's agenda, and with his vote he is adjusting the election to the Vetevendosje party.
Yesterday, I attended the CEC meeting and am shocked how in its presence, the Turkish community member has been openly threatened by Vetevendosje representative. No reaction has been made by Radonic. He has neither distanced himself from this threat nor notified the state bodies.
With threats from CEC members and a chairman serving the usurpant party, democratic and free elections are at risk.
