Veterinarys: Don't let the dog get his head out of the car window

Veterinary Mike Paul recently shared some of the reasons why you have to avoid this practice, no matter how happy your dog looks while the wind blows on his face.

According to Paul, the first danger lies in physical injury. During the journey, the dog is exposed to its dust, insects, small stones, or other remains that may hit its eyes, ears, or vet. These particles can cause frustration, severe infections, or even injuries that require immediate veterinarian care.

Another serious danger is that a dog jumps out the window, especially if it is excited or sees something that attracts its attention. This can result in tragic consequences, including serious injuries or even loss of life.

Besides physical dangers, long exposure to cold air or strong wind can cause problems with breathing and ear infections. /Periscopi/
