Various rules on summertime were standardised in the European Union in 1996, and in the meantime, numerous criticisms have emerged that require hours to be changed.
The EU has failed to lift the change of clock since 2018.
They quote some studies that have shown that changing the clock in the spring and autumn affects the economy and the health of people.
The European Union proposed the removal of the clock shift in 2018, but no agreements have been reached to date.
