“The Old Town has been restored to the whole by preserving authentic elements of heritage”, Rama said.
He wrote that with the subpass to “Agim Ramadani”, this part is turned into a binding artery. Rama criticised the culture ministry for blocking.
“With the subpass project “Agim Ramadani”, which at the moment has the Culture Ministry bloc, this area will be transformed into an important artery connected to the city centre”, Rama said.
“It will be integrated functionally with “Ibrahim Rugova”, with safe, accessible and green public spaces”, it wrote.
