You might think anyone in the first camp is a little rough. Yet, according to a recent scientific study, there are actually those who remain friends with their ex, those of whom we should be careful, writes Stylist.
Researchers at the University of Oakland found that people who display the darkest <x0-tips of personality” and “cultability” usually choose to remain friends with their ex.
Scientists discovered their findings by asking 861 volunteers to list five reasons why they would remain friends after a breakup and tested them for the dark “triades” of the personality traits of psychology (including narcissism, psychosis, and machiatatliaism).
The study, published in the magazine “Personality and Individual Differences”, found that although many people chose to remain friends with a former partner for sentimental reasons, those who scored high in the dark “riades” were more likely to remain friends with former partners.. /Periscopi/
