The ideal concept predicts that the field of solar thermal collectors will supply thermal energy to the PTES central heating network during the outside heating season. As the heat season begins in the fall, solar heat is then brought directly into the network if the temperature at PTES is higher than the temperature of returning to the central heating network. When the temperature in the water storage tank falls below the return temperature from the NQ network, then the energy from the <x0 resource is discharged through thermal pump (AHP), which then functions continuously for the remaining heating season. The project will be implemented in line with the terms of the contract for the Construction of Impiant and Design ( FIDIC Book Yellow. The projected time for completion is 30 months plus a six-month phase of the commission.
