This year's festival, the most accurate exhibition of PIPF 2024, is cured by Professor Keith Kitz, Massachusets, the US and is addressed by the theme: “Harmony”, which designers from 25 countries in the world have worked on. And this edition has a second theme: Explore the cities: Tirana, Pristina, Skopje.

Creation is based on life and everyday events regarding the harmony of our countries.

Harmony is the art of fixing elements within a composition to create a sense of cohesion. It is the quality of the pieces that unite to form a compatible whole. When you combine color, shape, image and type into a poster, harmony works to ensure that each element works together.

A harmonious design is attractive to viewers both through impressive views and through influential communication. Harmony can be achieved through simplicity or complexity, minimalism, or maximumness, realism, or abstraction.

Reaching harmony does not necessarily require the perfection of the vector-led pixels; however, it requires a master and precision of design.

In a world that faces tremendous concerns, worries, and uncertainty, our common human experiences can promote sensitivity in each of us. As visual creators, our compositions have not only the power to communicate but to inspire viewers to work towards goodwill, cooperation, and perhaps even unity.

So far this festival has also addressed topics like: “All against corruption”, “Freedom”, “Emigrim”.

This edition has 100 posts and has a competitive and educational character and is divided into two categories: professionals and students.

It is the only festival in the region that is organised in Kosovo and welcomes postaries from around the world, which through a creditable international jury selects winners of the particular edition.

The exhibition will open on 6 January 2025, at 7: 00 a.m., at the Gallery FAB of the University of Arts in Tirana.

In this case, three main festival awards will be given, as will 2 Special Awards, which will become known on the occasion of opening the exhibition.
