The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has ruled in the criminal case against defendants D. ZH, due to criminal offence “grave murder”.
The court has approved it as based on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure for defendant D. ZH and the same has been assigned detention measures for a (1) month.
The case took place two days ago in Post Post August in Gracanica, where a woman was brutally beaten by her husband and thus failed to survive. The victim lost his life today at the CKUK, where he was sent for medical treatment.
The signal learned that the late one who died tragicly is Marija Zivkoviq, (41-year-old), while her husband who brutally beat her is Dejan Zivkovic (43-year-old).
The victim is suspected of having a brain hemorrhage by severe injuries and has not been completed by the medical team at Emergency Clinic.
